Independent Sales Reps - Multiple U.S. Territories
* Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming
• Research, identify, and execute on new distribution opportunities
• Protect, maintain, and enforce our current position in the market
• Provide customer service and follow up with pre existing Peppers accounts
• Prepare territory for future PEPPERS product sales, leading the company to the next level by taking advantage of new releases while maintaining proper focus on existing styles
• Perform account needs: training, merchandising, assortment planning, advertising support
• Attend all trade shows that are relevant to your position
month and quarter
• Maintain a knowledge of the sunglass industry trends/styles
• Brand recognition and knowledge
• Learn and remain proficient on in-house product lines/technology
• Work with local accounts and events to help brand recognition.
• Support local/national accounts
• Minimum 3-5 Years sales experience in sports industry selling accessories
• Has established relationships and accounts based in territory
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Interpersonal skills, analytical, energetic and enthusiastic
• Self Starter and ambitious
• Proficient in Word/Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and savvy in other computer software programs
• Considerable travel expected
Compensation for sales: Highly compensated and very competitive commission, rewarding of time and efforts.
NOTE: Only applicants with previous independent sales experience will be considered.
