Posting Description & Requirements

INOV8 is looking for Independent Sales Agents in multiple territories (Pacific Northwest, Mid-Atlantic, Ohio Valley, New England) to help us increase sales and address customer needs within these regions. INOV8 offers a full line of run, trail run, hike and training footwear/apparel/equipment. 

Sales Agency responsibilities include presenting our unique brand story, products, and services to potential retailers. To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be highly motivated to meet sales goals.

Ultimately, this position will help us grow our customer base and establish our reputation in your assigned region.


·        Act as a point of contact for existing and new potential retailers within assigned regional territory

·        Identify local business opportunities and help overcome challenges

·        Report on sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)

·        Present our unique brand story and products to prospective retailers

·        Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions

·        Work closely with salespeople and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales goals

·        Answer retailer questions about features and pricing

·        Cross-sell products, when appropriate

·        Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach

·        Attend retailer tradeshows to help grow business within region

Requirements and skills

·        Work experience as a Sales Representative

·        Familiarity with run/outdoor industry preferred

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·        Resilient with a proven track record in sales

·        Hard-working and goal oriented
