The Leisure Collective Inc, a privately held and operated global company that owns & distributes premium eyewear brands OTIS and sito shades, is looking for commissioned sales representatives in select territories to rapidly expand distribution in premium retailers.

Interested candidates must possess a pioneering spirit and a belief that great product creates strong stories, customer partnerships, and revenue growth at retail. The ideal representative carries other active lifestyle accessory brands and has previous eyewear sales experience. Our premium lines of sunglasses offer no-charge samples, prompt and lucrative commission payment, a healthy seeding budget, and a host of marketing support materials. Our goal is to be a ‘small giant’ in the marketplace and would enjoy the ride along the way.

Responsibilities

· Strategically target and open independently owned and operated sunglass specialty, fashion, and active lifestyle accounts

· Key Account penetration and management within territory

· Enthusiastically lead store employee training clinics

· Productive and consistent communication with Management

· Serve as ‘brand ambassador’ on and off the clock

· Active attendance at regional and national trade shows

· Assist dealers with POP / Visual Merchandising / Inventory management

Requirements

· Must be an existing rep or rep group with track record of success

· Well-versed in retail math

· Relationship with key accounts within territory

· Organized and highly motivated as you will not be micro-managed

· Excellent communicator

· High frequency store visits within your territory

· A passion for the outdoors

· Previous experience in eyewear is a major benefit!
