We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Representative and Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Outdoor Sports Market, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers and clients. This role involves managing sales activities within Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement JRA Sales Inc.’s proven sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct market research to keep informed regarding industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide product training and support for our customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to current and potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the JRA Sales Inc. Management Team and our Manufacturer Partners to develop promotional campaigns and events.
  • Monitor and report on all sales activities.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to network and promote products.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Pro Staff as directed
  • Traveling up to 60% of each week

Qualifications

  • Considered applicants must reside in geographical territory. Missouri preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field and/or a strong background in the Shooting Sports/Hunting/Fishing industry.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Shooting Sports/Hunting/Fishing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the industry and its products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • A willingness to travel within the stated territory.
  • Must pass background check and drug tests and must be eligible to own a firearm.
