Position Overview:
Camfour, a trusted leading distributor in the shooting sports industry for over 70 years, is seeking high-performing Sales Representatives to join our team. We seek individuals with a hunter mentality motivated by an unlimited commission potential capped only by your drive and desire to succeed. In this role, you will work from home, building strong relationships with independent retailers.

This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about firearms, familiar with the shooting sports industry, and driven to win sales at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow a profitable book of business.
  • Build trust and lasting relationships with independent retailers, becoming their valued business partners.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of comfort in making enough outbound calls daily, to accomplish at least 25 meaningful interactions resulting from the efforts.
  • Actively prospect new dealers and maintain a robust prospect pipeline.
  • Engage existing dealers assisting them in inventory management, promotions, and new product selections as a business partner.
  • Provide consultative sales support and guidance to your retailers.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, Outlook, and NetSuite to manage and track interactions, opportunities, and business growth.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the shooting sports industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of firearms, the shooting sports industry, and independent retail operations.
  • Proficiencies in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with NetSuite preferred.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, organized, with the desire to be the best.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Upbeat personality that is always finding the positives in situations.
