Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 a year

Location: Truckee, CA

Nidecker Americas is a leading snowboard distribution company based in Truckee, CA, with a commitment to excellence and innovation. We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. This position will work closely with our inbound and outbound logistics managers, our customer service team and our warehouse to ensure inventory ships timely and accurately.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide clerical support to logistics managers during busy periods.
2. Be the key point of contact between the customer service team(s) and our 3^rd party logistics supplier (3PL).
3. Maintain excellent communication with internal and external partners to resolve any issues or delays in the shipment process.
4. Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

 

Preferences:

1. At least 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
2. Familiarity with NetSuite
