PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Backcountry Stoke Managers manage and lead operations and customer experience at Campfire Red Mountain Pass. This role will be responsible for continuing, establishing, executing, and growing the operations & customer experience of Campfire Ranch Red Mountain Pass. Backcountry Stoke Managers will
work closely with the General Manager for Colorado to formulate and implement strategies to enhance the quality and consistency of our services, grow the business, and improve customers’ overall experience. This role will also help facilitate the brand’s growth, strategy, and direction as part of the operations team. Backcountry Stoke Managers will use their independent judgment and discretion to formulate and—in close collaboration with the General Manager for Colorado—implement new and improved policies, procedures, and strategies for enhancing our brand and improving operational efficiencies.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

You are eager and ambitious to curate experiences in the outdoors for others. You have a passion for outdoor pursuits, patience when exploring with others and enjoy sharing in success. You love meeting, learning, and supporting customers. You problem solve on a constant basis, looking for the best ways to achieve goals, both personally and at work. You have a team mindset, both with internal and external stakeholders.
