Job Description & Requirements

Timber Creek Outdoors, Inc. is growing! We are currently seeking sales representatives to introduce and expand the presence of Timber Creek Outdoors’ new product line within the outdoor retail market. As part of the team, you will play a vital role in establishing our brand presence in this competitive industry. We are looking for someone that’s structured, organized and ready to hit the ground running. In this fast-paced and exciting role, you will collaborate in developing and implementing all marketing activities across the organization.  

This position is full-time. In-office and remote positions available.  

What You’ll Do:  

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to introduce Timber Creek Outdoors products to dealers. Willingness to train retail employees on our products providing them with the confidence and knowledge to sell our products. Also, the knowledge of what sets us apart as a brand from other competitors. 

  • Develop strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service with proper product placement, inventory management and maximized profitability. 

  • Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, qualities, and benefits of Timber Creek Products. 

  • Collaborate closely with the team to provide valuable market insights, feedback, and recommendations for product positioning and improvement in stores. 

  • Attend relevant trade shows, industry events, and conferences to build brand awareness and generate new business opportunities. 

  • Travel to multiple accounts in territory to maintain a consistent relationship with customers. 

  • Use CRM platform to maintain and update all accounts. 

  • Any additional duties as assigned. 

The ideal candidate: 

  • Is willing to travel. 

  • Maintains exceptional communications skills. 

  • Has high attention to detail. 

  • Is a creative problem solver and self-starter. 

  • Is willing to jump in and help wherever.  

  • Has a friendly demeanor and customer-first mindset.  

  • Sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
