  • Minimum of 5 years of design experience with soft goods, with an academic background in industrial design or equivalent work experience.

  • Passionate and relentless in the pursuit of creative excellence.

  • A portfolio that showcases design thinking and creative skills across various categories and formats, particularly in soft goods design.

  • Strong sketching skills and the ability to translate concepts into Adobe Illustrator.

  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and the rest of the Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Comfortable working in a small team environment and willing to assist with other aspects of the business as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Capable of independently developing design concepts for presentation to the Director of Design and executing them to completion.
