Position Overview: 


The Brand Manager-Outdoor will be responsible for leading marketing strategy & execution for the Outdoor and Aftermarket teams. To be successful, s/he will thoroughly integrate within the teams, understand the customers, the end-users, the market, and the company to work cross-functionally with sales, product management, customer service and other functions. The Brand Manager-Outdoor will help design cohesive total Dometic marketing mix by identifying the business priorities and integrating the necessary content and spend within the total Dometic marketing strategy and media plan. S/he will partner with product management and sales to provide insights into new product development while also leading the creation and execution of the entire communication GTM plan (from creative to collateral to internal selling). This role will report to the Marketing Director, Americas. 



  • Manage strategy and day-to-day activities of Outdoor and Aftermarket business units
  • Develop overarching holistic communication plan and associated metrics to drive business forward
  • Works with product team to prioritize launches, launch spending, creates, and manages the marketing timeline for product launches, and creates all language and content required for successful launches 
  • Build relationships with key customers; act in both a consultative manner and design value-add programs
  • Partner with Community Engagement & Content team to build required relationships and digital content to deliver on marketing plan
  • Manages PR for Outdoor and Aftermarket teams in conjunction with others on marketing team
  • Partners with Digital team to design, deliver and measure ad buys
  • Actively build and track advertising and engagement on social (FB ads manager)
  • Partners with Creative team to design and deliver all required assets
  • Provide consumer and customer insights for the development of products and communication
  • Actively participate in research design, insights, segmentation work; lead specific research initiatives as they relate to Outdoor and Aftermarket
  • Partners with Events leader to create the required setting and deliver the tools for trade shows and special events and is an active participant at these events
  • Maintains marketing budget for Outdoor and Aftermarket businesses
  • Understands full market landscape (Dometic, competitive, customers, consumers) and uses understanding to provide team information and input for strategy design and execution
  • Maintains brand standards while delivering required content to achieve business goals
