Position: Inventory Parts Prep/Order Fulfillment

Reports to: Production Manager

General Summary:

The Inventory Parts Prep/Order Fulfillment position is an entry level position that reports directly to the Production Manager and works as a member of the warehouse team.  They are responsible for the preparation of all Yeti small/component parts used to support bicycle assembly and dealer orders. This includes building bicycle sub-kits, parts packaging/stocking, and picking web store orders for shipping. We are looking for someone who has attention to detail, can produce flawless work while performing repetitive tasks, and can produce a high volume of work in a time sensitive environment.   

The ideal candidate is someone who understands the importance of completing multiple inventory tasks while maintaining speed, efficiency, and inventory correctness. This employee is self-motivated, can increase productivity to meet demand, and is willing to work as part of a team that contributes to all functions of the daily warehouse operations.

Essential Job Functions:

• Small parts kitting, packing, labeling, and organizing
• Inventory Receiving
• Sales order fulfillment
• Warehouse and Small Parts Organization
• Quality Control Checks
• Periodic Inventory Cycle Counts
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with the overall upkeep of the warehouse

 

Job Qualifications, Competencies, and Key Attributes:

 

• Experience at bicycle retail / bicycle manufacturing or commensurate warehouse experience
• Parts handling
• Detail oriented and organized
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills – Windows Office Suite
• Zebra Labeling Software

Compensation Range:

$15.00-16.00/hour, depending on experience.
