Job Description & Requirements

Leading sales agency representing high quality hunting and shooting products is seeking an Account Manager/Sales Rep based in Springfield, MO (no relocation/please live within comfortable commuting distance).

General Description:

  • Sales and support to national retailer
  • Forecasting and sales analysis
  • Order tracking and order maintenance
  • Monitor inventory levels
  • Sales presentations
  • Sales training
  • Prepare advertising/marketing plans
  • Work retail sales promotions 

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • College Degree (Business Administration, Marketing or Supply Chain/Logistics preferred)
  • Business/sales experience
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Excellent data management and analytical skill accuracy 
  • Detail oriented but flexible with the ability to adapt quickly to change and work several projects at the same time
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working in a team environment
  • Hunting and/or shooting experience
  • Retail experience is a plus 
  • Some overnight travel required
