Integrity Outdoor Equipment is a sales rep agency based in Minnesota that currently covers 15 states across the Midwest. Scott Sherman is the owner/principal rep and has 15 years of outside rep experience in the bicycle industry. Prior to that, Scott worked in retail stores ranging from mom and pops all the way up to multi-store chains. During that tenure, Scott recognized three reps that he considered to be the best in the industry. Those three reps helped Scott learn that there were ways to develop relationships that would benefit not only the vendors that contracted his agency, but ultimately help the retailers he worked with to become more profitable. Integrity aims to become the premier outdoor sales agency for retailers and distributors in the US through honesty, strong moral principles, creative solutions, and effective sales techniques.
