Company Description
Located right across from Golden Gate Park, Avenue Cyclery is a local owner-run bike shop serving the Cole Valley/Upper Haight neighborhood for over 50 years. Our overall mission is to provide exceptional bike shop customer service (sounds like a contradiction eh?) and, above all,honesty and respect to all customers that step foot in our store - be it the beginner rider, the commuter, or seasoned competitor.
Our lines include Trek, Felt, Masi, Surly, Dahon and Tern. Our repair shop performs all your standard services from flat repairs to custom bike builds. Services excluded are frame repair, welding, and powder coating. Last but not least, we also rent bikes. Nothing fancy. No variety. But they get the job done and people enjoy them.
Avenue Cyclery isn't your hip new age bike shop. We're just a bunch of people trying to help people the best we can, sale or not. We hope you can help us and maybe we can make that ethic of service a standard for the hip new age bike shop. Thanks.
