This position will be a contract with the Libby Park District. The principal functions of a contractor in this position is to provide general guidance and management of day-to-day operations. This job classification is responsible for the planning, development, improvement, management, and supervision of maintenance for public recreation facilities, county parks, playgrounds, athletic fields, trails and bike paths, and the solicitation and management of volunteer work forces. Duties will include providing ground’s keeping direction, toilet facility maintenance (manage service provider). Duties involve preparing short and long-range plans and budgets. Duties also include searching for grant funding opportunities, applying for and tracking status of suitable grants, and the administration of successful grant funding received
