Company Description
Mill Direct Textiles, and Mill Yardage LLC operate under the same umbrella with the mission of providing Polartec fabrics and products to small companies and the home sewer. Our third company, Wristies, Inc manufactures and sells winter accessories made with Polartec fabrics and offers small batch production services.
We are looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills to join our customer service team. Job duties include:
- learning about technical properties of Polartec fabrics and their suitability for manufacturing of a variety of garments and products,
- supporting home sewers and wholesale customers via telephone and email,
- taking orders by phone, processing online order,
- processing credit card payments,
- coordinating with warehouse staff and shipping contractors to fulfill orders,
- managing inventory.
Required: Customer service experience, MS Office.
Bonus: Experience sewing or working in the textile industry.
