ESCC was started as a response to the lack of diversity in the field of conservation. Since its founding, ESCC has committed to serving youth in a more inclusive way, creating pathways to leadership, and forming communities built from hard work in the wilderness. The primary purpose of our organization is to serve underserved and low-income communities and break down these barriers to access.
