ZOLEO, the winner of the Outdoor Retailer 2021 innovation of the year award is on a mission to keep you connected and keep you safe when beyond cellular coverage. As part of our growth, we are looking for sales representatives who are responsible for sales and service within the defined geographic territory. You will be responsible for both national and independent retailers within your territory. You will also be responsible for the service of national retailers with locations inside your territory.
We are committed to supporting our sales team with the tools to let them successful. Through long-term relationships, ZOLEO is looking for sustainable growth that will last well into the future. We are looking for independent sales agencies with a track record of results.
Responsibilities
Increase the ZOLEO dealer base across regional and national retailers within assigned territory
Manage inventory levels and at once orders
Develop co-op marketing opportunities with key retailers
Implement training, staff education and clinics across all accounts
Attend regional and national trade shows
Work with current dealers on customer and dealer related issues
Qualifications
Experience working with both independent and national retailers
Proven experiences working outside of the ‘core’ outdoor industry such as hunt, fish and marine
History with importance placed on staff education
Complete team and showroom to support ZOLEO growth
Solid relationships with retailer partners in territory
Goal oriented and collaborative approach
