Posting Description & Requirements

The Indepdendent Footwear Sales Representative is tasked with developing our workwear footwear business, within the industrial, institutional, B2B and corporate fulfillment segments of distribution.  We are also developing our distribution within the outdoor specialty retail channel and seeking experienced sales representation to position our outdoor footwear assortment in key outdoor specialty retail doors.

The ideal candidate(s) will:


* Have 5 years or more selling industrial, outdoor and/or athletic footwear

* Have direct experience selling to industrial distributors, institutional customers and corporate fulfillment program managers

* Have developed, active relationships with key customers in these segments of business 

* Have knowledge of and experiencing selling within the outdoor specialty retail channel

* Possess strong business and relationship development skills

* Be self-directed and possess strong time management skills

* Be solution-based, consultative and possess strong communication skills

* Operate with authenticity and integrity
