Route Werks is seeking a passionate individual that is interested in being a key part of building a brand. 

The Marketing Manager role is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of cohesive brand storytelling across multiple channels to engage our multifaceted audience. In short, you are the brand’s voice. 

The right person for this job will thrive in a fast-paced, mostly self-directed work environment. Operating within our small company means variety in your day-to-day. Some days you might be in front of a computer editing copy for a round of emails, while the next, you’re getting paid to ride your bike during a photo shoot for our next ad. Creativity is at the core of this job. 

Staying on top of current marketing, cycling, and business trends will inform your daily work as you create and implement a marketing strategy that complements the brand’s near-term vision while also growing it to meet the longer-term goals. 

Oh, and did we mention it would be great if you love bikes?

Rate

Competitive. Commensurate with experience.

Annual salary with bi-monthly pay period.

Required Qualifications

Well-organized

Self-starter

3-5yrs marketing experience.

Working knowledge of major social media platforms.

Adobe Creative Solutions fluency

Preferred Qualifications

  Cycling/Outdoor Industry experience

Copywriting experience

Location - Flexible. Local preferred but open to remote work for the right candidate.
