Job Description & Requirements
Requirements and skills
o Understanding of accounting principles
o Strong oral and written communication skills
o Exceptional time management, and problem-solving skills
o Exhibits strong accuracy and organizational skills
o Proficiency in Excel
o Data Entry into our internal order processing system, Microsoft Dynamics
o Account Receivable Cycle: Daily recording of credit cards and bank payments. Soft collection
o Account Payable Cycle: creation of Vendor Accounts (when needed), booking their invoices into the correct expenses accounts and releasing their payments on time properly recording them into the ERP.
o General Ledger Accounting: booking of general journals related to general expenses and for the daily reconciliation in the main and support system of the bank debits
o Assist Senior Management in researching and providing the supportive documentation required during the year-end audit.
o Filing and organizing the Vendors Archive and the monthly bank books.
