Responsibilities include:

• Provide quality assembly and set up of bikes on a high-volume assembly line.
• Provide training assistance to new and current employees.
• Be the subject matter expert on bike assembly
• Enjoy working in fast paced flexible environment
• Reports and communicates effectively to the Area Manager.
• Maintains a safe and clean workspace, leaving with a clean build area.
• Other responsibilities as outlined in the employee handbook.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated: able to work hard with minimal supervision
• A mechanical aptitude: you are handy
• Has Basic hand tools, cordless screw gun, or impact driver
• Internet access via a smartphone or mobile device
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply
• Reliable transportation
• Capable of working on your feet for extended periods
• Kneel, bend, twist, and lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
