Position: Inventory Prep Associate

Date: September 2022

Location: Golden, CO

Reports to: Inventory Prep Specialist

General Summary:

The Inventory Prep Associate is responsible for ensuring inventory is ready to use for in-house assembly and dealer orders. Daily responsibilities include receiving purchased components, prepping components, kitting parts, and material handling responsibilities such as replenishing the pick line.

We are looking for someone who has attention to detail, can produce flawless work while performing repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the importance of completing multiple tasks while maintaining efficiency and correctness. This employee is self-motivated and is willing to work as part of a team to contribute to all functions of warehouse operations.

Essential Job Functions:

• Parts kitting, packing, labeling, and organizing

• Verify condition, count, and accuracy of incoming product

• Create and audit stock labels, repack, label, and organize materials

• Material handling including inventory put aways, organization, and replenishments

• Perform quality checks on inbound products

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with the upkeep of the warehouse

Job Qualifications, Competencies, and Key Attributes:

• Retail, manufacturing, or warehouse experience

• Detail oriented and organized

• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills

• Basic computer skills – Windows Office Suite

• Operate material handling equipment (power stocker, stacker, forklift, pallet jack, etc.)

• Ability to climb ladders

• Lift and move 50lb cartons unassisted

Compensation Range:

$17-18/hour, depending on experience.
