Responsibilities:
- A marketing leader reporting to CEO, to define and execute short and long-term strategies for business growth in North America.
- Use market and accounting feedbacks effectively.
- Direct and incentivize other marketing and sales staff and resources.
- Have partial P&L responsibilities to help business growth.
Requirements:
- Twenty years or more experience in business, of which at least five years of management in bicycle industry.
- B2B and B2C marketing experience on and offline.
- Great communication skills whilst able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion to drive strategy and business plans for financial successes.
- Multi-culture working background is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Basic pay $70000~120,000 per year.
- Incentives $10,000~$70,000 per year likely.
- Annual inflations normally considered.
