What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and inspiring a small customer service team – leading by example as a player-coach
• Managing key account orders, working closely with the key account sales and operations teams
• Working with our global customer service team on procedures and processes – finding ways to offer best in class service 
• Setting and monitoring KPIs for team productivity
• Absorbing a comprehensive knowledge of our inventory, product specs, and availability to answer order related inquiries quickly and accurately
• Following up on orders and order flow to ensure delivery by specified dates
• Initiating internal and external communication when problems arise
• Resolving customer order problems such as style or color exchange, refused orders, and status of customer issues following current policies and procedures

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Undergraduate degree in business or related discipline and 3 years of customer service experience within the wholesale/distribution industry
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role
• Amazing command of the English language – spelling, grammar, sentence structure
• Advanced level experience with Order Entry/Inventory ERP software – we use MS Business Central
• Strong command of Office 365, especially Excel     
• Uncommonly organized – with a brain that thinks in terms of process efficiency
• Friendly, outgoing, engaging personality – you genuinely like working with people, and you have a good sense of humor
• Collaborative and inspirational leadership style - you know when to coach, direct, delegate, and support
• High-level problem-solving skills – deadline driven - creative thinker – confident delegator
