Dealer Services and Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

The GRAYL Dealer Services and Sales Specialist is an in-house builder of relationships and spreader of stoke to our trusted and valued Retail Partners. You will foster and develop meaningful and long-term relationships through video, email, direct message, over the phone and at trade shows. Confidence, knowledge and friendliness with a focused intent on delivering an exceptionally high level of service are cornerstones to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management

  • Spread the stoke and instill trust, love and adventure while communicating with lightning fast response times to GRAYL Dealers

  • Solve problems with our customer-centric mantra in mind – ”make it right.”

  • Receive and enter sales orders and account data accurately and quickly upon receipt.

  • Attend Trade Shows and regional consumer and B2B events.

  • Ability to present and communicate technical product information, policies and services to dealers and their employees

  • Be an optimistic, positive  problem-solver, seeking opportunities to help everyone who engages with our brand and company.

  • Resolve Dealer situations quickly and exceed expectations with autonomy

  • Ability to research and provide up to date information regarding product availability and account status using Cin7 and 3PL platforms

Domestic Order Handling Management

  • Manage, oversee, process, and follow-up with all domestic order handling via Cin7 software.

  • Order Processing - Work closely with GRAYL  Sales Manager to coordinate dealer orders through purchase orders email.

  • Manage EDI and new EDI set up via Cin7 and with Key Retail accounts, coordinating and ensuring that all stakeholders create a seamless connection with our 3PL.

  • Ensure timely fulfillment of all orders, coordinating with customers, dealers, and fulfillment center to mitigate delays and resolve issues impacting the delivery of GRAYL products to all domestic locations.

  • Manage and resolve NCF/Charge-backs with key Dealers, understanding the issue causing the NCF, resolving with 3PL or other stakeholders to ensure the same mistakes are not repeated twice.

  • Accounts Receivable/ Invoicing/ Payments - Work with Grayl Accountant to approve all related domestic invoices. 

Sales:

  • Water is life! Bring passion when presenting and selling products and sales programs for GRAYL, while managing and performing to Sales KPIs.

  • Work with the Sales Director to develop data sets that drive sales insights and follow-up sales strategies.

  • Travel and work consumer and B2B trade shows, demo GRAYL and highlight the attributes and quality of GRAYL products.

  • Proactively reach out to Dealers and their employees via phone, email and in-person to discuss deliveries, sell through, inventory, re-orders or to simply say hello.

  • Work with the Grayl Sales Director to support our US Retail channel by providing dealers with up-to-date information on deliveries, tech specs, inventory, sales program details and more.

  • Process new account setup, forms, credit apps, and dealer profiles in Cin7. Ensure that information is up to date and accurate.

  • Work with Grayl Sales Director to oversee CRM on CIN7, keep updated and accurate

  • Fully manage CIN7 Email capabilities to reach out to Dealers regularly about re-ordering, product updates, and outstanding payments.

  • Provide reporting via CIN7 for Sales Director to share with reps to further product knowledge, expand Grayl hype and provide GRAYL updates.

  • Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.

  • Prepare sales materials (specials, order forms etc.)  for trade shows as well as manages pre/post show emails and dealer
    contact database
