Moment Bicycles is a world class high end Bicycle Retailer located in San Diego California. We are growing fast and looking for great team members to help get us to the next level! This position will work with upper management and staff to get things done, improve processes, and facilitate every part of our business. This is a job for an exceptionally organized person with innate A2FSO. If this sounds like you please reach out!
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Administration paperwork – Employee On-boarding, posting job ads, parsing email, invoices, vendor data etc.
Capturing management staff info and entering into task tracking for prioritization.
Helping create and/or implement business systems to reduce work, improve efficiencies
Assisting with schedule creation, and management.
Answering phones, screening calls, capturing messages, sales leads etc.
Scheduling meetings. Ordering office supplies, food etc.
Maintain electronic filing system
Contacting vendors, customers and staff for info.
Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing mail.
Assisting with project management of various projects from marketing, sales, inventory etc..
Use and maintenance of CRM system. Lightspeed retail and/or Solve360 a plus.
Setup and Pull reports from various software tools.
Requirements for successful candidate:
HYPER organized person able to capture information, tasks, leads from several different channels in a fast paced environment, turn into useful information. Efficiently communicating in multiple channels, email, text, phone, chat, etc.
Knowledge of G Suite – Google Forms, gmail, calendar, sheets, slides, docs, Adobe Acrobat
Typing proficiency,
Strong spreadsheet skills.
Great with computers, and general use of electronics and digital tools. (no coding necessary
Reliable, punctual, great attitude, works with integrity, positive disposition
Cycling enthusiast is a plus.
