RETAY USA is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic sales person to build and maintain relationships and be point of contact for our key accounts across the country. Little to no sales experience is required for this position; an outgoing personality and willingness to learn and engage customers is essential to this position as is a familiarity with hunting and firearms is required.
In addition to the base salary a significant part of the Sr Account Managers compensation will come form performance based bonuses.
A fair to moderate amount company paid travel is required for this position.
This is an Headquarters based position and relocation to the Eastern Shore of Maryland is required. Our headquarters is located in Easton Maryland on the banks of the Chesapeake Bay. SUMMARY
The senior account manager's responsibilities include maintaining a thorough knowledge of sales, our business, and our offerings, developing and implementing strategic plans to grow sales through expanding our customer base or through existing accounts. A Sr Account Manager must excel at managing and strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Driving wholesale customer sales, improving customer retail sales performance, and reaching sales targets.
Following up on leads and winning new clients.
Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts sales.
Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships.
Train and advise customers on how to sell our products.
Coordinate with our customers for trade shows and in-store events.
Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio.
Providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions.
Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes.
Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.
QUALIFICATIONS
ability to work independently, including making decisions affecting company resources
Excellent problem-solving abilities along with oral and written communication skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in QuickBooks, Google Products, Microsoft Office Products, Adobe Acrobat, and Fishbowl Inventory (not required).
Preferred:
Experience with scheduling and organizational software programs
Interpersonal/Management
Team orientation, willingness to do what needs to be done in a small office environment.
Strong organization and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Must be a self-starter, meet deadlines and have flexibility with daily tasks.
Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality when handling sensitive information, and to work independently and handle time-critical assignments at times with overlapping and competing deadlines.
