The Sales and Service Lead is a true role model for the Product Guides on the retail floor, helping to create and maintain the highest level of service for our guests. You are excited by the opportunity of unlocking someone’s potential, and coaching others comes naturally; you take an active role in training the team on engaging guests, offering benchmark guest care, and delivering an unforgettable brand experience.
Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
Is to lead new hire training, focusing on product knowledge and selling and service tools and techniques
Is to provide training and in the moment coaching and feedback in order to encourage professional development and growth
Is to seek to continuously evolve and elevate the in store guest experience, in partnership with store leadership and brand partners
Is to support with additional projects that build community and enhance employee experience
If you were in this role now, here's what you would be doing:
Ensuring the full team is up to date on all training and service guidelines
Positively communicating store and company policies and strategies
Updating the team on sales, KPIS, targets, and the status of goals on a regular basis
Interacting with guests on the retail floor, providing product education and an exceptional guest experience to each individual
Opening and closing the store as required and providing leadership to the team
Are you this person?
You have two or more (2+) years of retail sales and training experience
You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to team members and guests
You love what you do and love to educate others
You have outstanding oral and written communication skills, and a deep understanding of your impact
You are self-motivated, and enjoy problem solving
You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
