Job Description & Requirements
The Brand Marketing Coordinator contributes to the overall brand, creative, social and marketing strategies on the Swiftwick marketing team. The Brand Marketing Coordinator is a highly organized individual with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time. They are a digitally savvy marketer with creative chops and familiarity with content marketing, public relations and social/e-commerce marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in implementing creative and copy strategies for email and social marketing while maintaining the brand’s voice, tone and brand guidelines.
- Assists in developing copy for regular blog and cross-platform social media posts.
- Build, maintain, and report on Ambassador/Athlete partnerships.
- Monitor daily social media platforms and assist in implementing new social media tactics.
- Maintain and update brand marketing calendars and timelines.
- Maintain and update content management systems for multiple segments.
- Manage creative timelines and project lifecycle.
- Supports PR team and management of affiliate program.
- Manage miscellaneous operational tasks related to ongoing & one-off marketing projects.
- Supports multiple departments across the company as it relates to marketing projects.
- Participate in brand projects that include creative production, events, brand collateral and sales collateral, as well as assisting in managing talent, product and production schedules for videos, sales programs, events and brand programs.
- Assist with brand photography to further social, email and image management.
- The above represents general responsibilities for the position. Other duties, responsibilities and qualifications may be assigned as defined by the executive management team supporting company goals and initiatives.
Experience
Hard Skills
- 1-3 years in marketing, communication or public relations role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Advertising or Business.
- Proven experience in content management systems (e-commerce preferred), social media business platforms.
- Excellent writing skills (samples required).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and gSuite.-
