About GRIT
Roles and Responsibilities
- Processing incoming inventor
- Quality inspections
- Building sub-assemblies
- Allocating components for orders
- Assisting with final assembly and packaging for shipment
- Experience building mechanical items, preferably bikes
- Comfortable using hand tools
- Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions and take direction well
- Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- This position may require frequent or prolonged standing, sitting, bending, stooping, and/or lifting up to 50lbs.

Compensation: Full-time salaried position, $35k-$40k/year, commensurate with experience.
