Bike Fitter

Bike Fitters are an integral part of the sales and athlete satisfaction team at Playtri. Playtri Bike Fitters are expected to have reasonable knowledge of cycling and/or triathlon, and minimum six months prior bike fitting experience. Playtri Bike Fitters use both static and dynamic assessment techniques to facilitate appropriate bicycle adjustments to improve athlete comfort and performance, and are also expected to become familiar with our Fit First process to assist customers in selecting new bicycles appropriate to their experience, abilities and goals. When not doing fits, fitters will be expected to contribute on the sales floor or as needed within the facility. Professionalism and a strong desire to educate and assist athletes are a must.

Bike Fitter Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day fit scheduling (online scheduling provided)

• Manage billing/payment for fits (online and in-store payment options

  available)

• Provide timely and professional customer communication

• Perform both static and dynamic fit assessments (training provided in

  Retul system as needed)

• Adhere to Playtri bike fit principles

• Make basic adjustments to bicycles as needed during fits (mechanics

  available for complex adjustments)

• Become reasonably familiar with Playtri bicycle inventory to assist with

  the Playtri Fit First process

• Keep fit studio clean and organized

• Communicate with inventory team to purchase necessary tools/small

  parts for the studio

• Assist with bike and other retail sales when not engaged in paid

  fittings

• Perform sales, refunds and exchanges in the current POS system

• Become familiar with and adhere to Playtri retail policies

• Contribute as needed within the facility when not engaged in fits
