Summary:

Guerrilla Gravity is a rapidly-growing brand, building bikes for goin' fast, with a do-it-yourself ethos. The company is driven to build highly refined mountain bikes using a more ecologically responsible in-house manufacturing process. We are looking for a Warehouse Team Member to assist with shipping, receiving, inventory counts, kitting, and part picking.

Education/Experience/Background:

• 1-3 years of experience in shipping, warehouse, logistics, or related field
• 1-3 years of bike shop experience also accepted

Duties and Responsibilities

This position is primarily responsible for completing shipment processing and assisting with the following duties:

Responsibilities:

• Physically receive merchandise into the warehouse
• Input orders into NetSuite ERP system; data entry and inventory control
• Assist in part picking, wrapping, and packaging
• Kit and prep component sub-assemblies
• Assist supply chain, assembly team, and sales with packing/unpacking shipments
• Assist with exchanges and repairs
• Assist in other shipping/warehouse duties
• Keep warehouse organized and clean

Skills and Requirements:

• Capable of lifting 50 lbs overhead and able to stand for 6-8 hours per day
• Safety first - establish a culture of safety
• Strong prioritization abilities
• Show initiative, problem-solving ability, dependability, respect, and accountability
• Contribute to a team built on trust and mutual respect
