We are looking for:
The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for all operations of Bunch Bikes and serve as the Integrator for the founder’s vision.
As the COO for Bunch Bikes you will be leading initiatives such as: Adapting our global supply chain to the current economic/political climate, developing and executing a 3-5 year product road map, crafting an international expansion strategy, forecasting and efficiently deploying financial resources to support rapid (but sustainable) growth, and transforming our dynamic startup into a resilient well-oiled machine that is built to last.
About you:
- An A-Player with 10+ years experience in a senior operations leadership role for a high-growth retail brand.
- A collaborator who is energized and becomes a force multiplier when paired with a passionate visionary. In short, you are a Yin to the CEO’s Yang.
- Excels at crafting long-term strategic plans and rallying a team behind them.
- Can translate that strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operational planning.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, and relishes in creating order out of chaos.
- An outside-of-the-box thinker that questions the status quo and embraces change and new ideas.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience working with Direct-to-Consumer Brands
- Deep understanding of Asian business culture and experience with overseas supply chain and manufacturing
- Experience with international expansion and distribution
- Experience in high-growth forecasting and P&L management
Bonus points for:
- Experience working in the micro-mobility space, or bicycle/outdoor industry
- Experience working in a high-growth startup.
