Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities include:
Content Creation and Coordination. You will be in charge of the coordination and execution of marketing-related content creation. You’ll be expected to create content yourself, as well as manage outsourced help as-needed. Content creation includes: general copywriting, digital and print advertisements, traditional marketing collateral (product signs, brochures, etc.), photos, and videos. Identify content needs, fulfil them either yourself or using out-of-house help, and make those assets aware-to and available-for partners.
Social Media and Digital Communication Management. Daily posting on
behalf of MRP and Kreitler and monitoring official pages and accounts,
documenting engagement and growth over a predetermined timeframe, responding
to customer comments and inquiries via postings, tagging,
direct-messaging, and chat channels. Providing a weekly briefing to the sales
and marketing team on social media and digital communication metrics, such as:
followers, likes, reach, engagement, and chat volume.
Website and Digital Advertising Management. The close monitoring of
web traffic and digital advertising metrics to identify successes and failures
– adjusting accordingly. Routine review of the website and web shop for
accuracy and errors. Creating compelling e-mail campaigns and tailoring
them to consumer, dealer, distributor, and OEM audiences. Managing and growing
e-mail subscription lists in accordance with best practices. Providing a weekly
briefing to the sales and marketing team on multi-channel advertising
performance and website traffic trends.
Partner Liaison. Serving as liaison to supported athletes,
influencers, clubs, and others receiving access to discounted product. Duties
here would include assistance in the ordering process, order entry, and
subsequent follow-up/after-sale support.
Eventing. Attending various local and regional events (festivals,
races, etc.) and acting as a company representative.
Requirements include:
• B.S. Degree in Marketing,
Business Administration, or similar area of study
• 3 or more years of experience
in the field
• Proficiency with
photography and videography
• Strong written and verbal
communication skills
• Experience using Google
Analytics and Advertising
• Experience with Adobe
software (Photoshop, Indesign, Premiere) a plus
• Ability to work
independently
• Passion for cycling
• Domestic travel required
• Valid US driver license
This position is located in Grand Junction, CO. Remote working outside of this
general area is not an option at this time.
