PHANTOM/DPS In-House Sales Rep

 

Become an integral team member in a dynamic and growing company. DPS brings a fifteen-year legacy of innovation, with a brand deeply rooted in the core of the sport, and products that are design and engineering obsessed. DPS is seeking an experienced Sales and Technical representative to join our sales team in Salt Lake City. This individual will be a key team member providing PHANTOM sales, product and marketing support to our customers in North America.

 
Work with sales management and local sales reps to actively sell, service, demo, and market the PHANTOM brand and products in the designated sales territory. Identify potential retailers (ski/snowboard/service/resort operators) and execute the strategic plan to acquire new customers for both ASAP and future orders. Manage the “count and fill” strategy to insure all PHANTOM customers have adequate inventory levels at all times during the winter season.

JOB DESCRIPTION

=       Territory PHANTOM sales: pre-season, ASAP, count & fill

=       Cure Station dealer set-up service and follow-up

=       Cure Station and PHANTOM dealer clinics (sales and service teams)

=       PHANTOM entry: one-stop shop for dealers

=       Tech rep for PHANTOM outside sales reps

=       Manage PHANTOM territory events (consumer and trade)

=       DPS Skis tech rep support

=       DPS/PHANTOM territory demo fleet management

=       Territory resort fleet management: work with sales management to identify, sell, and manage resort fleet opportunities

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

=       Demonstrated ability to positively influence others in a team environment, to meet the company objectives

=       Experience in entrepreneurial environment with fast pace, regularly evolving tasks, and shifting priorities

=       Strong organizational skills and demonstrated experience planning, organizing, and working with frequent interruptions

=       Strong written and verbal communication skills

=       Skill and experience in preparing written communications, including but not limited to: creating sales presentations, meeting                 scheduling/follow-up, and detailed reports to sales management

=       Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications

=       Able to handle confidential information discreetly

=       Ski tuning and base preparation experience required

=       Minimum three (3) years of customer service, sales, or related experience

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

=       Bachelor’s degree, preferably business, or sales-related experience

 

PHYSICAL/TRAVEL DEMANDS

=       Full-time, seasonal schedule, with emphasis on evening and weekend events. Increased work schedule from September-March

=       Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds: boxes, ski bags, PHANTOM equipment, etc.

=       Extensive travel (auto/air) required
