Digital Sales and Marketing Professional
VOORMI ®
Location: Bozeman, MT or Pagosa Springs, CO
The Digital Sales and Marketing professional is primarily responsible for delivering on-line (e-commerce) sales revenue.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Responsible for achieving daily revenue performance goals
- Drive continuous improvement in online conversion rates
- Ensure the website is fresh, relevant and supportive of product offerings.
- Additionally, the website should represent our DNA associated with our physical retail locations.
- Create segmented customer list and deliver appropriate and frequent messages to targeted customers
- Activate a wide range of digital activities to acquire new customers.
- Work closely with broader team (employees and contractors) to ensure digital campaigns and strategies are performing and optimized.
- Provide key management team with regular reporting on performance
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Three+ years of experience in each of the following:
- Digital Sales (selling products on-line)
- Digital Marketing (email and social platform messages)
- Retail Merchandising (product images and collections)
- Experience in the following applications:
- Shopify
- Zendesk
- Klaviyo
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc...)
- A deep desire to learn and implement cutting edge digital strategies
