Job Title:

Customer Service & Sales Support Associate 

Objective:

The Customer Service & Sales Support Associate will play a critical role in our fast-moving company. He/she will serve as a primary contact for both eCommerce and wholesale customers, providing full-service order processing and management, support to customer inquiries, and addressing other customer service needs.   

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

This is a fast-paced job that requires great communication skills, focus on details, the ability to multitask and constant re-prioritizing to ensure success.  This individual must take true ownership of his/her responsibilities – nothing short of that commitment will be enough. ICEMULE is a rapidly growing company and our brand integrity is at the center of all we do.  The candidate selected for this role will be expected to understand and exemplify our brand, including our commitment to our customers and team and our dedication to our brand promise and voice.  Additionally, this role requires ability to learn and utilize databases and other complex computer software. Successful candidates will have excellent PC skills.

  • Excellent web and software tools for order placement, inventory tracking and order management & research, and product research. 
  • Support a minimum of 9 Sales Representatives across the US. 
  • Work directly with customers and sales reps daily to generate quotes and manage orders for customers aligned to the sales rep. 
  • Manage a daily inventory count and for working with management to allocate inventory and manage backorders as required.  
  • Verbal and written correspondence with customers. 
  • Utilize his/her excellent telephone and email tools to respond to a high volume of customer inquiries. 
  • Investigation and initiation of customer returns, interfacing with customers and management, making decisions and enforcing company policy to initiate return authorizations.

In addition, the following qualifications are required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft suite to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience with Order Management and or ERP software is a big plus 

Education and/or Experience:

  • Undergraduate or Associates degree in Business Administration or relevant study preferred
  • Experience in a Customer Support / Sales Support role preferred
  • Experience with distribution and/or business to business operating environment preferred
  • Experience with computer, telephone, EDI, ERP and other productivity and customer focused technology preferred

Hours / Location  / Compensation

  • Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications
  • Benefits include paid health care, 401-K and bonus potential based on merit
  • This is an office-based position. Local (St. Augustine / Jacksonville, FL) candidates preferred.
