About you

We?re looking for someone who gets excited about using state of the art software to protect the outdoors. You should love breaking down problems, learning quickly, and going the extra mile to get things done right.

In this role, you'll help grow our coalition of outdoor brands and nonprofits by identifying strategic partners, championing our software, and overseeing new launches. 

You have worked in customer management or sales. You have the flexibility and creativity to respond to customer and sales feedback; you know how to distill scattered information into key takeaways. You love creating something out of nothing and believe that taking the time to fully understand and do something right from the start will be better in the long run.

About the role

  • Identify prospective leads and partnerships to grow our brand and nonprofit network
  • Attend (and often lead) sales/demo meetings to recruit new prospects
  • Onboard new partners in our content management system and interface with their tech teams to ensure smooth rollouts for new launches
  • Aggregate and distill customer feedback and concerns; communicate prioritized learnings back to the development team to ensure our customers continue to love our product
  • Organize and deliver analytic insights back to network partners
  • dentify, recommend & implement improvements to sales processes, workflows and reporting

What skills we ask for

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Sales or lead generation experience
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing your own goals and schedule
  • Hyper-organized and have strong attention to detail, especially with data and communication
  • Ability to manage relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Comfortability with the early-stage startup lifestyle (think fast-paced and ever-changing with limitless opportunities to grow your career)

Nice to haves

  • Familiarity with frontend software, like JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • Experience in the outdoor or nonprofit industries
  • Experience making workflows and processes more efficient (through automation and/or creativity)
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, particularly familiar with Google Sheets or Excel
  • Knowledge of spreadsheet formulas and the ability to analyze large datasets
