POSITION // Online Account Sales Coordinator

LOCATION // Hood River, OR

This is a full-time, in-house position.

 

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Online Account Sales Coordinator is responsible for selling company products through assigned online accounts. As a member of the sales team, you are responsible for managing all sales functions for assigned accounts to ensure the business grows according to sales projections. This includes account financial planning, assortment planning, developing and implementing sales plans, online catalog asset building, and working closely with Dealer Service Representatives to resolve order issues.

 

§  Direct account management of Amazon and assistance with other key online dealers

§  Specialize in managing online dealer channel, MAP policies and analyzing key metrics and data to maximize sales performance

§  Work to meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within your customer group

§  Generate and analyze various reports to understand and identify sales trends and areas of opportunity

§  Manage cross-functional relationships with internal teams to coordinate efforts with Merchandising, Operations, Sales and other internal teams to achieve greater implementation of promotions and measurement of success

§  Work cohesively with other departments to find solutions for sometimes complex customer inquiries

§  Analyze and interpret data to uncover successes/opportunities that will assist in delivering objectives

§  Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external contractors for responsible accounts

§  Forecast future sales and inventory demand in channel

§  Ensure accuracy of online listings

§  Oversee the maintenance of pricing and inventory to maximize profitable sales

§  Work to maintain Good Account Health and high Seller Ratings

§  Become an expert with respect to the Dakine brand, product offerings, and current and evolving market positions

§  Prepare and present product proposals to prospective and current customer in person and via email

 

REQUIREMENTS

§  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required

§  5+ years’ experience in actions sports or outdoor industry

§  Experience with analytics and using reporting tools, e.g. Excel.

§  Experience with MAP pricing policies and online MAP tools

§  Experience within the Amazon platform and back end functions.  Vendor Central, AMS, AMG

§  Strong knowledge of internet technology and internet marketing principles

§  Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of sales principles, practices and procedures

§  Business to Business experience focused on eCommerce, online marketing, campaign development and management, and customer acquisition and retention

§  Excellent oral, written communication skills, and negotiating skills

§  Good IT literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications

§  Effective time management skills and work prioritization

§  Some travel required

§  Valid US work permit
