365 Cycles is a bicycle retailer that specializes in e-commerce as well as serving our local market in Keene NH. We sell on Platforms like eBay, Amazon, and 365cycles.com. Our keene retail shop has a heavy emphasis on a very high level of service to all of our customers. We do local group rides and are looking to expand to do more weekly rides with our local cycling community, as well as other community outreach events.
We are looking for a friendly energetic person to Lead our retail store. As the Retail Manager, you will manage the day to day operations in the store. Your job will include serving customers, taking on some of the service workloads, and making sure paperwork is filled out correctly and orders get submitted. We are looking for a person who will help us take it to the next level. We need someone who can talk tech with the high-end customers, but also is happy to sell a family some bikes for their kids. Be willing and able to help clean the store and organize product and back stocked inventory. Being able to adapt to situations and learn new skills is important for success in this position.
Required skills for this job:
- Must have 3-5 years experience working in a professional bicycle shop
- Must have 3-5 years experience working as a professional bicycle mechanic (fixing your bike in your garage doesn't count)
- Must be willing to attend train seminars to learn the newest suspension, brake, etc. technology and how to services it.
- Must be experienced and able to work on bicycles of all types.
- Should be able to lift 40lbs (a bicycle)
- Must be able to work weekends/a flexible schedule
- Computer skills and ability to learn the point of sale software.
