Do you have an interest in bicycles and alternative transportation? Are you passionate about helping grow a startup through hard work and ingenuity?

We are looking for a driven and positive person to join our team as a Sales and Operations Associate to help us run the company, grow our brand and drive sales of the CERO One Electric Cargo Bike. Our ideal candidate will be outgoing, curious, and positive. They will be expected to engage with prospective customers via email or phone and to work directly with the CEO in running and improving company operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or relevant experience.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bicycle industry experience strongly preferred.
• Willingness to engage with customers over the phone, email, and during events to interest them in the CERO One bike and to answer any questions they might have.
• Coordinate with Social Media Manager to help drive a cohesive digital marketing strategy.
• A genuine interest to research and gain an understanding of CERO's products and the bike industry at large, including competitors, product and marketing trends, etc.
• Find consumer-facing events and coordinate logisitcs to participate. Attend events and interact with prospective customers.
• Process orders and coordinate with warehouse to ensure timely shipping of products.
• Engage with customers on warranty calls.
• Assist CEO in strategizing for future growth.
• Track product development and assist in functions related to upcoming products such as communicating with suppliers, engineers, etc.
• Needs to be very organized to keep track of multiple short and long term projects and customer leads and inquiries.
• Ability to take initiative without direction; self-starter with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent and mature communicator, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service a big plus.
• Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow with this exciting company.
• As a Startup, you might be asked to wear many hats.
• Able to occasionally carry 60 lbs.
