Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking a full-time team member to work in our Boiling Springs Pennsylvania fly-fishing and outdoor retail store.  This store is a 5000 sq/ft store that focuses on fly-fishing and the nearby Appalachian trail hikers.  The main focus of this position will be customer service and will include the following:

• Provide customer service and selling through customer engagement, specifically (but not limited to) the women's department
• Assist in merchandising and organizing the selling floor and stock areas
• Assist in store management with general supervision in the assigned departments
• Demonstrate the ability to interact with customers by showing passion, knowledge and respect
• Continually developing product knowledge by staying current with trends
• Help with buying decisions for the Boiling Springs location
• Host women specific outdoor/fishing events
• Keep a clean work environment and work with the rest of the team to grow the store
