| Objectives |
Position will manage the flow of goods from overseas factories to regional warehouses while keeping the inventory moving smoothly, controlling and reducing logistical costs, and project outgoing expenses 6 to 9 months in advance
Operations Manager will manage the daily global operations as this position is responsible for all inventory purchasing, inventory management, and logistics
Create and maintain clear standards for maintaining and updating information in spreadsheets, reports, and databases
Control warehousing and shipping expenses
Reconcile inventory in each location
Ensure inventory is delivered on time or ahead of schedule
Problem solve to resolve any issues in supply chain, purchasing, inventory, or distribution that would disrupt the timely delivery of products to dealers or retail customers
Serve as a member of the management team to provide input towards the company’s success.

Substantial knowledge and understanding of inventory management, logistics, and accounting
Ability to analyze information and problem solve as well as being able to prioritize your daily workload
Knowledge of consumer product ordering using sku's
Strong organizational and communications skills
Ability to work independently on multiple projects under a tight deadline
Ability to time manage and problem solve
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great communication skills and a talent for collaboration
Prior experience in a small company environment
| Qualifications |
Proficiency with spreadsheets and manipulating data with SQL
Proficiency with Quickbooks Enterprise Advanced Inventory Management
Basic understanding of Action Sports Culture
Outdoor industry specific experience preferred
BA/BS required in quantitative field of business, accounting, or database management
Minimum 3 years of experience
| Primary Responsibilities |
Purchasing and procurement of all factory orders
Purchasing and procurement of accessory orders
Processes all accessory orders
Coordinates and Schedules all inbound container logistics
Records, maintains, and reconciles inventory in multiple distribution centers
Maintains pricing for all COGs, gathers, collects, and publishes program and price sheet
Monitors and ensures products maintain target margin requirements
Price checks on freight quotes against actual invoices
Reconciles inbound inventory verses factory invoices
| Secondary Responsibilities |
Performs credit reference checks on new dealers
Maintains yearly dealer agreements for active dealers
Attend international and regional trade shows when needed
Works cooperatively with channel partners to establish sales and marketing goals for territory and key accounts
Calculates and Reports Rep Commissions on the 1st of the Month for the previous month
Prepares and processes A/R on a weekly basis
Research target sales segments and channels in assigned territories and develop recommendations for actions to the organization based on this information.
Assess performance of current channel partners and recommend changes where needed
Identify short and long term opportunities for sales expansion and assist in developing sales plans and execution
Work with channel partners and Pau Hana marketing department to develop and implement promotions and marketing initiatives
Keep abreast of social, cultural and governmental issues that impact Pau Hana’s business in assigned territories
