As a Customer Service Rep working with our customers, you will directly impact our customers’ experience including sales calls, problem solving, sales orders, relationship building and follow up. 

Strong experience in sales and customer service with a strong bicycle knowledge is what we’re looking for.  

Relational skills as well as analytical skills are needed along with a contagious positive attitude.
