Job Description & Requirements

We create phone-free spaces for musicians, comedians, teachers and organizations globally. We are seeking a motivated, engaged, and creative Regional Partnerships & Implementation Lead. We need someone who is driven to grow our presence in facilitating phone-free events and experiences. As a Regional Partnerships & Implementation Lead you will manage sales, implementation, account management, customer success and marketing in your territory. You will work alongside our relationship oriented and highly motivated Partnerships team.
The ideal candidate will embody Yondr’s mission to live in the real world and not behind a screen. You are driven to grow the company’s partnerships and sales; and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients in your region.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to a flux of emails from a diverse client pool seeking to create phone-free spaces; including schools, courthouses, businesses, and organizations alike
- Connect and engage with potential new customers in your region
- Work with Production team to provide on-site training and customer support during implementation
- Serve as the ongoing point of contact to your customers—build strong relationships, field questions, troubleshoot ongoing issues
- Do anything and everything necessary to ensure each customer is successful creating a phone-free space
- Recognize opportunities to continuously improve our product and processes
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in sales, education, and/or customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Relationship-driven approach to sales
- Entrepreneurial, organized, trustworthy, highly autonomous, and comfortable working remotely and traveling
- Comfortable working in a startup environment (i.e. dealing with change and ambiguity)
- Ability to manage multiple, diverse partners at once while providing excellent customer service
- Background in schools, corporate security, the hospitality industry, or the medical field is a plus
- Communicates best in-person
- Pragmatic with a bit of whimsy
- Lover of live music and the outdoors
